For BFA, MFA and VET Diploma students, password resets are done by IT staff, so if onsite, visit IT staff Mon-Fri 9-5 pm. Else send a reset request to IT staff via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For staff this email should be sent from your @nida.edu.au address. For students this should be sent from your @student.nida.edu.au address. If urgent, email email@example.com.
